I have had the pleasure of renting apartments via atollie property management for the last 4 years, whilst working away from home. steve and terri have been great to deal with - courteous, professional and always willing to help or advise. they are really efficient at the start and the end of the tenancy in terms of processing paperwork and providing step-by-step advice. they even got in touch with me proactively because i had mentioned i'd be keen to move to some new apartments but this was some months before they were ready - they remembered my interest and got back in touch to let me have an early preview. i would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them.

I have never received 1st class 5 star service like I did with Atollie Property Management, from the time I viewed the property to the day I moved right through to the day I moved out, Steve and Terri have been wonderful and always ready to listen and help. I was always kept up to date with any information relevant to me/my tenancy, and they always gave me ample time if/when they needed to gain access to my flat, and also always gaining my consent. I am grateful for all the team did for me.

It was difficult for us to move earlier than we have planned which has made it expensive for us and inconvenient and was still charged until the end of September rent when we have a flat that we could moved into on the 15th. It was not a totally good experience for us.
Enjoyed my time living in the Old Market, Rotherham flat. Steve and his team are great and always available and happy to help. If I wasn’t purchasing a house I would of stayed there for a long time.
